Character Description:
Dalin was never one much for personal hygiene or appearance, his rusty beard and hair run wild in their attempt to over-run his face and torso but somehow he keeps some semblance of control. Dalin's face is covered in a layer of soot at almost all times, but his emerald green eyes are what catches the most attention, seemingly bottomless pools of darkness that flare with emotion when Dalin is set-off. Dalin Kalinsson wears his crossbow-bolts in a hip-quiver hanging from his belt, and carries his crossbow and axe slung diagonally across his back for travelling.
Character History:
Born and raised in a typical Dwarven mountain life, Dalin was sent to fetch re-enforcements when the hold was over-run by Orcs. As the youngest, smallest and fastest, Dalin was chosen to flee to the nearest settlement, only to find his cousins also locked in combat with the greenskinned invaders. Upon returning to his home, Dalin was met by the sight of his eternal torment, as his family's traditional home burned. Blaming himself, Dalin made his way south to civilisation, starting a career as a mercenary and dabbling in the armorsmithing trade as he waited for Xau to take him.
